VIP Guest Information
- VIP tent - will be clearly identified on the build site.
- VIP Guests will be required to register. Registration may take 20 min during high traffic times, please be patient.
- VIP guests must have either a VIP ticket/card or they must be on the invitee list at the registration table.
- VIP's will be allowed into the tent however NOT on the build site. The VIP tent has a fantastic view of the build.
- VIP GUESTS will include, Builders Commonwealth, Sub-contractors and Production staff invitees.
- Please be patient and kind, this is our first time working with the Extreme Makeover Home Edition crew.
- Hours and conditions subject to change- we are learning as we go.

Due to overwhelming community support, we cannot guarantee that everyone will be able to enter the VIP tent.
We appreciate everyone’s efforts and will do our best to include as many VIP’s as possible! As a courtesy to others, please be aware of the time spent in the VIP tent as others are waiting to enter.
VIP TENT Extreme VISITORS - RULES AND STANDARDS
Please read before attending
- You MUST wear close toed shoes (it is a construction site).
- The terms of our agreement with Extreme Makeover Home Edition prevents us from allowing children under the age of 18 on the construction site as it is unsafe.
- VIP's will receive a pass upon arriving and will be asked for its return upon leaving so others may enter. We have a limited supply of passes for the VIP tent per day and appreciate your understanding.
- Once on set, please DO NOT interfere with the camera crew or cast. This is a television show and in order to successfully complete shooting, we need full cooperation from everyone involved.
- You should not be roaming the set. You will be asked to stand by in a designated area deemed by the VIP tent Coordinators.
- Please DO NOT ask the cast for autographs. Everyone is working very hard and it is important to respect and uphold a professional work environment.
- VIP tent visitors are permitted to bring cameras on site as long as it doesn’t interfere with the filming of the show.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please leave all of your personal effects in your car or at home.
- Visitors to the Media and VIP tents will NOT obtain a T-shirt from this location. At no time shall this Check-In area be able to hand out T-shirts to anyone who is not a registered worker or volunteer.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYONE AT ANYTIME TO LEAVE OUR SET. With such EXTREME working conditions we may have to clear the site in order to finish this huge undertaking.
